The Bethel Cleveland Team will be here in Saskatchewan from March 1st - 8th, hosted by Awakening Church.
1 Billets should provide breakfast & bring their guests to church for 9:30AM.
2 After church the team will be hosted by Connor. Supper provided @ TMP.
3 Depending on Jake’s preference, the team might get together (or stay at host homes). Billets should provide breakfast (and be aware of the possibility of lunch/snacks).
4 Supper will be served @TMP.
5 The team will be picked up between 7-7:30 AM. Breakfast should be available to them beforehand.
6 Supper will be found in the city, somewhere near 20th, before City Centre’s evening youth service.
7 The team will be picked up between 8-8:30 AM. Breakfast should be available beforehand.
8 Supper is with the C3 Crew in the city.
9 Breakfast should be provided before the team leaves for Assiniboia. The team will eat lunch on the road to AAC, and will leave in the early afternoon.
10 AAC will provide supper for the team, and billet us overnight.
11 The morning will be given to rest and the short travel over to Regina in preparation for the “Ask for Rain” conference.
12-13 Matt Adams and the team will pass out instructions to the Bethel team.
14 The team will have to leave Regina by 10-10:30 PM. Billets: expect them late and “leave a key!”
15 Billets should provide breakfast & bring their guests to church for 9:30 AM.
16 Supper @TMP. Sean Feucht and Andy Byrd will lead the service. The Bethel team will provide ministry and support. It will be a big celebration party!
